I like the idea, ^^ i scan the active list instead of the online list

i like the idea of adding a new dinamic to the game,but wouldn't this idea only help the strongest,fastest players...if you look at the top mugger board now,as it is it's the top players...so advertising to a top player that some lv.14 has been criming his ass off to buy an xpensive amenity,just so all his hard earned money can be mugged by some high level who constantly refreshes the "most money list"..i don't know..the feature of finding out who has money is already available..just takes a little work..just my 2 cents:)

i agree. why should said level 14 be mugged after criming all day by some lazy fucker who can just click a list to notice he has lots of cash. if you wanna mug people's money, go out, click profiles and work for it in my opinion.

my point is it gives you something to work for, a reason to get into the gym or in with a strong gang. why does everything have to be about making the game easier to play? if it is a top 25 list as opposed to the active players list, it's still going to take a couple mil to make it on there, at least in az.

Try walking around a real prison with cash hanging out of your pockets and clutched in both fists, see how long that lasts before it's taken from you.

good points steve,but i don't think it would take much cash to break into top 25 $$ holder list....any given day our top 25 list only a few have more then 2 million on them....so w/ the proliferation of snipers and ppl telling ppl who got sniped "it's your own fault,you shoulda listed high"..when the lv.14 tries to get 2-3 million for the high list price...BAM...in swoops the $$ list refresher...not bashing anyones idea,just can't see how lower levels could generate a large amount of cash...as far as gangs go..big powerfull gangs aint gonna help the little guy when most have level limits(i.e only lv.18's or up..or higher;)..maybe others can figure out a way..maybe like a delay system..i.e "yesterdays top money holders"..lol

It could just be updated by the hour, or every 4...I can see how some guys would never be able to hold cash and accumalate items...its some gangs that can't protect their members from certain predators...

rjp's idea of closing off nj from seeing other markets could solve that problem shawshank. you could still interact with people there for running purposes, but otherwise, it would just be a 'get your feet wet, get to know the system' prison. no level 6 is gonna sit in putnam with 20mil trying to snipe everything that flashes by.

Yeah there's a great way to stop those bastards from sitting in nj sniping all our hard earned amens...make them come to putnam is a awesome idea...

we are straying close to telling mu the best way to design his game though, so as much as i like the idea of isolating new players a little, maybe it's best to leave things as they are. i appreciate the feedback from everyone though, feel free to talk amongst yourselves
