yeah but i normally get 8k at SQ, 16+ is more then double

feel like i will be weaker against those who trained before me

i will prefer more & harder training and get top of those who trained before, may be being high level

atleast now i know how much exp would i gain with my power training

Kinda , but not for the lower levels .. More exp = Less stats for your level = losing battles and getting attacked .. exp is only good if you want to level and dont care about stats against other players ..
