In my small town of only 400 few miles outside Peoria,IL.I Love animals more than most people they are even my job.I dont blame the dogs I blame the careless owners.Posting this to let people know how important it is to control your dogs.

you cant blame the dogs at all... but some people honestly shouldnt own pit bulls...

pitbulls shuld b trained, but it will take a lot of time

people misunderstand pitts ive had or been around 10 or more pitts all of them with game blood

and them dogs were chill as shit until u fucked up

Ive dealt with many pits and I must say they are the sweetest dogs you could ever own.It all falls on how they are raised.Dont blame the breed blame the deed..I have snakes that are very dangerous I keep them under lock and key,double locked even.The moral of that story is if you have a potentially dangerous animal it is the owners responsebility to make sure it causes no one harm.

i got an amstaff. they use to be dangerous because of their similarity to bullterier, but these dogs are understandable. they're gonna be good if u keep them with u really close.

its all about how u bring dogs up.. if u beat them and be violent of course they are gona be the same because thats what they been taught.. u shud give em alot of love, care 4 em well nd train em well.. and they will learn.

i had the most amazing pitbull in the world named Sativa. She was gorgeous with perfect markings, and the most calm temperment. She let children sleep on her and crawl on her and she would just relax. she listened to everything i said. i mean the textbook family dog. the majority of the time some of these dogs arent even pitbulls but rather mixed breeds (they are more inclined to be violent because of the mixed temperment) the owners of these "maneaters" are what give the Pitbull a bad name. They dont know how to treat them right. my friend owns a 105 lb pit names Thor (properly named) and people freak out when they see him. but he is just a big ol baby. they are great family dogs and they absolutely love to be around children. they are protectors for your family just like a german shepherd. but the way they are raised determines the behavioral patterns. you can make any dog mean by mistreating it from chihuahuas to poodles from shepherds to pitbulls. i believe that anyone who wants to own a pitbull should have aminor background check before being allowed to own one because these dogs dont deserve the bad rap that they get because it is not their fault. i am a pitbull enthusiast and have been for quite some time. they deserve better than these owners give them.
