they need people in the lower prisons to fight...it dont matter about the people in SDs level, ajja said they need more people in SD and arizona prisons before a new prison opens

yeah, maybe Friday fight night could be a legit thing in the game. (which wont be the case) would get people in the prisons to start attacking without hesitating, and maybe move forward toward the gang implementation? just a thought
