the wiki says that attacking can only be done in same prison, but nothing on mugging...I would guess it should be the same.

me too,i was on a run and after the run when i was in put,someone in nj tried to mug me but couldnt catch me

you got lucky. Kdoe from Put mugged me and beat the shit outta me for good measure. I deleted the event and added his ass to my enemies. That's when I seen he was in Put and not NJ. confused the shit outta me. I wonder if this is a glitch or xploit?
