no i dont think its a rare amen? but there are some people on the game who hold like 20 of each bootleg who try to make them rare

Well considering DVDs aren't released anymore technically speaking they would be a bit more of a rare amenity. I'm not saying they are completely rare but more rare then say some other amenities.

It's in the wiki. And I thought with all you advocating for reading the wiki at level 1, most people would have done so... Though most new people don't take that suggestion too seriously

It says that toilet paper isn't in new jersey, but is in putnam. And since Prince of persia is a Dvd, and isn't listed as an amenity in prisons, it can be assumed that it's not bought in the Warden's office. Lastly, there's tons of posts about Dvds, and how they're rare. And since you asked, I'll search for the thread where is said toilet paper was 15 favors.
