This just came to me this week because i just started really using the open market. But when you transfer prison if you still have things on the market in what ever prison you are in there should be a warning(i.e. "you still have x number of items on the market would you still like to move"). A couple times i just genuinely forget that certain items havent sold maybe because i put them  up a couple days ago. Mainly because logically whatever was on the market goes with you to th new prison. But, you lose the upfront cost it takes to list it and have to pay the listing fee twice which when you are dealing with hundreds of items starts to add up .
