What if I could buy "Mace" or a tazor or possibly recieve it from a crime "Snatch from officer"  and if I get in a fight I can mace someone and it will drop their Speed or if I taze someone it could drop there stamina 5%. If No body likes this idea its okay I just felt like Making a suggestion
