It's all very simple, i will be doing a banner lottery every week, who ever wins will get a custom animated(GIF) banner. There is a small entry fee that you have to pay to participate.

2. Once you paid the entry fee you can't ask for your money back.

Once you have paid the entry fee you will be given a number.

That is all you have to do. Winner of the lottery will be announced every Saturday. New lottery starts every Monday.

The number don't matter because i will run a random number generator and it's random.

Everyone who enters gets a number going from 1,2,3,4 etc
