This week lottery is a Xbox Elite.

Last one was a Toilet.

Before that one it was a Halo 3 game.

All rare amenities, and most of them go to inactive players.

If we had a system, only from a certain level up or if anyone became inactive from a certain amount of days it would be out of the lotto players.

It wouldn't cut the loss of amenities, but it would be less.

I'm not saying this for people in Arizona to get it, i'm saying this because i'm sure the point of the lotto is to get more amenities into the game.
