Not always, it's random. And lotteries are supposed to be random. Just because someone has been in more lotteries, they don't get a higher chance of winning that specific time. There is no skill in chance, and I completely disagree with this idea. If there were separate drawings, the lower prize wouldn't appeal to lower levels as much, thus further reducing the pot.

Agree. One single lottery is the best to go, and well if you DO happen to win... Don't you want the biggest pot available?

My thoughts exactly. People usually go for the bigger pot, even when there is a lower chance of winning. On the other hand, a lottery where the tickets a re restricted to half the amount of the main lottery would be like a low-stakes lottery, where there is a higher chance of winning but a lower pot. Even then I think that should be in all prisons though. Just a suggestion.

''ahem'' walks in... there are more level ones then any other level so the likely hood of a level one winning has a higher percentage. walks out...

Why shouldn't they be able to enter the lottery? The individual has the same chance as you, even though the level mass has a higher chance

what exactly does that solve? That then no level 1 will win? Then it will be a level 2 (which is the second most amount of users)... eventually we'll get rid of everyone until YOU win which is just what you want here. Basically this isn't a suggestion, but a bitch/moanfest that YOU haven't won anything.

I guess I should expect that from Gucci
