Nice, are you going to try cutting down a little more, or just bulk up for where you're at now?
im going to eat and then just start cutting for the next one after thanksgiving weekend. I was not doing very well physically so I decided just to listen to him

Safest, permanent way to lose weight. Diets make you skinnier for a while, but you regain the weight again pretty soon, and it isn't good for you. Be good to your body..
>.> a spammer that searched?.....seems fishy..lol
DemOlitionexactly what im thinking.... lol

an extreme no carb diet... eat salad with either chicken or steak every meal, no limit to how much. you will feel like crap but it works fast... or run with grbage bag under a hoodie and sweats, just make sure you drink enough water
1. He said nothing about a diet, he was talking about changing his diet. The two are rather different things.
2. You're fucking retarded.
If you're active, no-carb diets suck major balls.
A reduced carb diet could work well, if you don`t do too much aerobic activity over time . I think the threadstarter wanted to lose water weight in a very short time span.
People that compete in sports with a 24-hour (before contest) weigh in rule, knows much more about this than me:)
