What Stats is conciderd good at Lvl 1-20? What is the common stat lvl at these lvls? Must say i been working out like jane fonda the last few days and i feel so depressed cause its so slow progress. in and out of hospital cause overdosing EDs.... 

What? Are you serious? A level 9 should at least get 10,000 of everything.

Well are we talking base stats or regular stats? That's an important distinction because cells n weapons can double your stats
