That should be fine for AZ, I think @ 200 you get 1:1 trains

My stamina is 122 at the moment. I'll definitely need to add around 78 more stamina to make training become more effective.

Ive just looked throught my items and there is many amenities that actually give you much Stamina especailly a 1x1 amenitie the only one that actually gives a % is a fridge which is 2x2 and only gives 5% stamina. If ive missed anything can someone help.

Also will we be seeing more items for stamina ?

what works for me is having at least double the stamina to my energy.  like right now i have 140 energy and 300 stamina and gain 305 fairly consistently
