I gave one to my pb rookie to train it sets their health to 0/0 it does not infrim them and they are able to train. But in all honesty why the fuck do you care or does it matter

Just like you said on the last page you had 0 hp bought out the infirm and it doesn't put your hp up intill the 5-10min if your not respectd intervals
