Also some computer work on the side, from fixing them to websites (mainly maintaining a few websites, but can create basic websites easily, just takes me time to refine it).

I Enjoy most music, except the usual poppy crap you hear continuously everywhere, but prefer grunge, blues, jazz or classical...or really really heavy metal, but I hate the scremo wannabes.

Interested in many things, but enjoy expanding my speakable languages, the tally is currently on excellent english, decent french, can order things in spanish and understand basic directions, and at least one major insult (as in a full line/exclamat/rantion) in about 30 languages =P

Also enjoy reading up on science, the universe, time travel & parallel universe theories, and general sci-fi bs like a beanstalk elevator that could actually exist in our lifetime if some '減速'  with the money of america or china or bill gates would just start funding it!!

I also play D&D now and again, just random campaigns with mates.

Films though would be a big thing for me; ie - 'Heat'

WATCH IT!

Yeah I'm with you on not being down with screamo music, or anything with screamed vocals. I like metal but I prefer clean vocals... it becomes pretty grating otherwise.

'pretty grating'....thats the understatment of the century....

Heh, yeah cept its been a few weeks....seems to be whenever I put the effort in to have multiple plots/characters, maps, etc, people start to get bored, whereas whever you just wing it with nothing prepped & quick sketch's of maps and people like 'Bob' throughout the towns, they prefer playing then...bah...

I always play the weirdest characters and end up completely destoying the game master's campaign, no matter if it was carefully planned or if he just left it open ended so I can do the least damage possible. Chaotic Neutral FTW!!

Chaotic Neutral, the only character who can waltz into a village, raze it to the ground&torch everything, save some kittens in a burning building, return them to their owner, and can waltz to the next village, to do the same, as a HERO.

Love it =P

If I'm DM'ing, and anyone tries anything out of character, they either suffer a bad juju exp penalty, or an alignment change (which is pretty funny when your monk tries to rationalise just why he decided to put his fist right through the face of a downed oponent who is already unconscious & helpless, with a coupe de grace, as a finisher to a bar brawl he started to avoid changing from Lawful Good to Unlawful Evil and therefore losing his monk status which he only picked to get d20 damage with his fists....)

However, I believe Bards ruin the game faster than fighters with mithryll plate +5/+5 & +5/+5 bastard sword, especially when they dont understand that the charm spell doesnt make the person spill their entire knowledge, just makes them friendly to the bard alone.

I live for the players who think they know it all cos theyve played a session and try to find all the loopholes in the system =P

That's when they accidentally trip over that rock, fall down that steep slope, and accidentally break their neck when they fail a d25/d30/impossible odds tumble check =P

'Shut up dude, you ain't in the group no more, you're talking to your god, trying to blag your way back to life, so be polite!'

In fact theres a d100 list of quirky deaths for just that kinda thing I made up. Including the butt monkey (changed to butt DIRE silverback gorilla armed with a tube of lube) from 'Bruce Almighty'....the re-entry is a bitch.....

I love playing with power gamers =P
