1/2 c. brown sugar

1/2 c. ketchup

1 1/2 lbs. hamburger

1/2 c. milk

2 eggs

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 sm. onion, grated

1/4 tsp. ginger

3/4 c. crushed cracker crumbs

Butter loaf pan well. Beat eggs. Press brown sugar in bottom of pan and spread ketchup over sugar. Mix all remaining ingredients together and shape into loaf. Place on top of ketchup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn upside down to serve.

basically this is a recipe i found - similar to my mom's except she adds a lil cinnamon as well into the glaze, she always makes it with string beans (french cut style) in a parmesan grated cheese, garlic sauce, and mashed potatoes mixed in with creamed cheese with my grandmother's amazing gravy.

it is gross - ive done that and put it down easy, i also ate a stick of butter while i was in the navy - i made a 100 dollar bet that i could put it down in under 20min and not throw up for 5 min afterwards or throw up during... that shit was hardcore... never again - even for 100 bucks
