Made Fish Piccata last night.

Used fresh cod, capers, butter, parsley, kalamata olives and lemons.

Baked it in foil, served over steamed rice

Tonight - flatbread pizza with Pesto, Pistachios and Smoked blue cheese.

Dry Crispy Chicken

1 Chicken Breast

1/2 a bottle of garlic salt

1 to 2 inches of corn oil

and a pan

Coat the breast in garlic salt, distribute evenly thou the breast. Put the pan and oil on the burner and wait till you can sprinkle water and hear it crackle. The place the chicken in the pan go watch a 30 minute show. When your show is over flip the breast over and go find another show to watch. Also make sure your cat doesn't go near it or else you'll have a fried puss. When your show is over place on a paper plate and enjoy. This way you know you wont get salmonella.
