I don't think so, because in the announcements thread, Mufasa said that for each place that an item was possible to find, there was a drop rate. So doesn't this mean that if you know where those are, you can farm them for, say, 2 cornucopias, 4 slippers, and about 16 juices?

It pops up in the items tab, you get a notification above the yard search, and you click it to take it into your pack
