I can understand why that wouldn't happen.Normally when something is being worked on it's out of order.If Mufasa was to program that it means an important part of the entire game would be out of order!Which can lead to things going to hell in a handbasket really damn fast.There'd be no use for it if Mufasa ever adds those for avatar anyway.If people didn't want it they'd just go to the surgeon and remove it.1 last thing.It would be a telltale sign that this guy just got out of the infirmary and is now much easier to beat the hell out of again!Which means there can be mugging or attacks happening to someone every 2 seconds after they're out of the infirmary.
