I was wondering where you get DVD's from?

I can see them on the open market, but how did you get these in the first place?

Arizona - Go to the Cafeteria and you'll find a guy against the wall

Putnam - Go to the Yard and click on the right tower

New Jersey - Go to the market place and click on the last guy on the right
