i thought speed was the reason of making money in crimes. level would make an impact too as the max nerve increases which also helps but i thought it was most about speed

It depends on level only. Speed just gives you a better chance of not getting caught. Stick to the closet crime only uses 10 nerve and buyouts are cheap
