This thread is nearly a month old but sod it I'm going to write in this one as there's no need to start another topic on the same thing.

As I'm English I'd love for England to win the world cup, we have a great chance of making the finals this year and we are currently unbeaten as far as I know. Our last game against Japan was dodgy but we managed to win the game from two own goals, that's what you call under pressure. COME ON ENGLAND!!

HolzCurlz you've definitely got good taste in a great football team. I take it your English too. England's first game is against the USA, I think England have what it takes to take on USA, from what I know their standard of football isn't as good as over England so the players won't be as good, but who knows, we'll have to wait and see
