Who here lifts?
Just wondering. If you lift, what are your stats and how long have you been picking up heavy shit?

I weigh 142lbs
Right now my squat is down to 5x205lbs, recovering from a calf injury.
Also working on pulling my deadlift up from 225lbs, but I don't think I'm quite ready to move forward. Maybe in a week I'll be back at my regular lift.
The most success I've had in the past few weeks was on bench, as I've put more time into it. Was lifting at 5x150lbs, now pushing 5x165lbs.
I switched overhead press with seated dumbbell press, hitting 5x120, so I think that will translate to about 5x105lb lift. Overall I think the variation might have helped my form a bit but I'll see about that next time.
Rows continue to be my worst lift (relatively speaking), at 5x130. It's probably an issue with the way I'm setting my shoulders.

lmao. my max bench about a yr ago was 335 one time. but since i found pb im sure it has went down
