hey bro,do you even lift?I have not went to the gym for a while but i'm going back soon.I don't remember what I could lift but it is probably low.

i weigh around 150...i dont go to the gym much but last time i benched i think i got 180 max.

and i have a real small body frame lol....my weight should be around 130-140 the doc said. so i got some weight to lose.

Deloaded today, back down to 5x285 on Deadlift. Working on keeping the bar tight against my shins, keep letting it drift out.

Also, Bench is shitting. Started off going for 3x3x155 and couldn't even get the second rep out on my 1st set. Same with the second set.

Thinking about running Smolov Jr. since I'm going to be taking a deload soon anyway.

Anyone had any experience with a Smolov routine?
