I need people thats level 12+ and strong and that is known well so we can recruit easy like i will.

Too early to create a gang mate, take your time to level up to atleast 10~+ before even thinking about creating

here is a little advice it might help join a good gang cause you will be protected and then train get to know the game then once you get a good level say e.c.t. level 13 maybe then make your gang
