Is it possible that Mufasa remove gaining for experience from yard Digging atleast when event is on as being a runner i dont want to gain exp to get leveled up.

No. It sucks for the run game but its better to stop the squatting assholes from benefiting

we need more people is sd, i would rather pay more for items and have 1 giant prison with more players

agreed, you are a runner at you're own risk. in order for game to progress you cant be low level forever

Perhaps exp could just be adjusted to accommodate for both effort and reward? Mass mugs are easy as shit yo and nothing else is worth even trying for higher levels.
