Not to mention making dupes also level up and as you said level squatters. But personally I dont want to gain exp from digging. Shit I wish I didnt get exp from criming, but I know I dont want it from digging!

I think this is a good idea, there is nothing wrong with gaining exp, after all, that is what the game is about.
