to be honest it sounded like a flame to me. and it usually takes about 5 hours to raid someones cell so its hard enough the now. the only thing that could really slow anyone down without changing the entire mechanics would be to have the numbers go from like 1-20 or something. but mufasas already said he thinks its fine the way it is

its fine the way it is honestly i think it is 

 The system for raiding in my opinion is great..... if I could raid a cell in 20 minutes I would take all your stuff and money.... be lucky we have that.... if you want the EXP or the bank money go raid some one whos been offline for a month....
