They chose a day of the week(usually Friday), and they start the fightings.

There is only one rule: anything goes....so you should be able to attack/or be attacked by allies/friends/etc.

-some players also organize fights with bets on the winner, etc...but I digress.

But these riots are mostly in Arizona(except 316's farewell bash), so that's why I said it doesn't concern you...not for the time being.

You should hit the gym to have a head start compared with the other level two guys in Nj, though.
