Modify, as in, you already have an image but you want to change the colors,or add something to it?

Do you have Photoshop?

usually download.com will have a free trial of it. I think in stores is about 60-70.. but for simple effects and the like the free trial should be all you need. There are also many other choices out there.

but of course if you download it research it before you do. Dont wanna get a virus.

also gimp is a good system and its 100% free
