I'll support the soldiers, the airmen, the naval seamen, but I will not support these current conflicts.

A military force is required for defence. Even in times of peace, you must still be prepared for war.

Violence has never solved shit, it's just made the little guy look for a bigger stick.

Religion (or lack of) is something that also can put the stick's into their hands. It is the reason that the majority of wars, battles and fights since the start of time have spawned from.

Without many different gods, hell, without 50 different interpretations of the same god (Jews, Christians, Muslims, etc) we would probably get on a lot better. There would still be cultural differences, but the religion is what makes these bomb wearing ragheads believe they are doing 'gods work.'

All the allied nations of the world need their troops for defence. Offence shouldn't be required.

For offence, civilians should be removed from the country/area. Once innocent civilians are out, (adopting an american term here) then you can liberate that country by carpet bombing it into the stone age.

Then all those ground troops can go in and rebuild. I'm not talking about rebuilding the whole country, but helping get the main supplies sorted, helping build houses, schools & hospitals, and then once they are at least on their feet, they can take over and rebuild to completion.

Look at south korea nowadays. One of the fast growing economies to just pop up in recent years. The place looks like it never had a war, unless you go to the north....

It boomed the same way japan did after world war 2.

Look at Bosnia, Sierra Leone, Serbia, Vietnam, hell anywhere else that has been a country with foreign troops stationed in it since world war 2, everywhere else is still in ruins or not far off it.

The UN is just for show. It's for all the allied leaders to get together to discuss bullshit for years on end without making a decision, just so the little guy living in an allied nation that doesn't follow the news thinks that something is being done.

It'll get involved if there's a major kick off, but it'd probably be a bit too late.

Technically Bush & his administration should be tried on war crimes....as well as Blair.....and whoever else jumped on the bandwagon (Germany, etc)....

if i was un i will ban wars in every country and who will start it and get caught i will torture him. i dont do that to soldiers but to who starts the wars: in example hitler starts the war against the world so i will kill him and his fuckin people who are with him. but first i will try to turn them with me (against him , btw i know he's death) but it's just example. so the soldiers better work together and go and find bin laden than fight for oil,religion and all these fuckin things.
