ok , so lets look at the respected inmates situation is there any thing the staff have in mind to replace the 0.5% interest on our bank accounts or the prison transfer fees( or other ones the staff might want to change) , im sure together we could work on a copremise ,that is mutually beneficail for both of us ,and once thats sorted we will then transfer onto the joe alert situation that way by the time weve sorted the respected issue the staff may off thought of a idea on how to do the joe alert if it results in a yes
