level 25 and lower wont be able to crime buyout for themselves without just about breaking even after a few hours with the cost of their items, iso buyout from blunts and then the added buyout now for the use of small waters

I overdosed twice on SW and im criming since 25minutes .. you guys really find it annoying ? i didnt feel it yet
