Why not just adjust the gains down a little more per prison? Closing the gap with the established players is now an even more crazy task. As if it weren't already crazy enough. Bad news for noobs. Not for the veterans.

Thats the sad thing, this is gonna hurt lowerlevels (especially those with buyouts close to 50-100k) alot more than its gonna hurt us level 25+
Sorry but i think this was a way to slow all of us down a bit to make it easier (whatever that is now) for new players to catch up, making this game a bit more noob-friendly (just like when our gym gains were cut in half about 1-2 yrs ago)...... but im afraid this shit is gonna have bigger consequences than expected when it comes to the already established players in here........, ill be keeping my eye on the inmates online.
