how about background sounds like tin trays clinking in the mess hall people moaning in the infirmay and stuff like that would that be a hard thing to do ?

Only if we can turn it off if we want to. I usually like to listen to music from my PC while playing, so it would interfere with my playlist. We do have noises for the mini games...
