On topic getting caught by the guards doesn't happen too often if on the rare occassion you do get caught you could then beat them down i think criming would be too easy (if i understand your suggestion correctly) I actually think it already too easy but that for another time.

to those who dont want any exp gainage, eg runners and such, npc exp gain is really bad. on new years, mugging the npcs was so much fun for me as i made lotsa money fast without levelling.

PaulishedHow do you figure? I think it's especially useful; 1.) You get cash. 2.) You DON'T gain exp., and 3.) You can snatch an item from them on occasion, if I remember correctly.

there's no comeback necessary, this is a stupid "suggestion". Mugging the chatting inmates is a crime, joe santa and the other people are interactible characters. Getting busted for popping in a DVD isn't you interacting with a real person or a character.
Suffice to say: NO.
