Its fair to tweak it. i dont know exactly how this works tho

If your speed is higer than theres and your streength is higher than there defence that shouldnt happen but if you have someone with 500k speed 100k str it should happen

As mentioned in another thread, we are actually actively working on tweaks to many of the formulas in the game, PvP scenarios included.

true jase,never understood ppl gettin mad @ ppl taking up hits...get mad @ the ppl posting the hit..i deal w/ plenty of mail on this topic...ppl taking up hits might have several reason(i.e. Wanting favors,$$,exp,makin the list)..let the hittee deal w/ the hitters...family/gangs can deal w/ the poster.

thanks mu this is one that needs to be adjusted when you get to it
