you can make beef or chicken stock. i think youre meant to boil the meat in water for a couple of hours. drain and use the water. using like chicken giblets and that

I believe stock is made with animal bones and broth is made with animal meats and veggies.

If you ever get a chance to try REAL chicken stock, do it! It is completely liquid, but its got this meaty texture to it that is difficult to discribe.
