ive read through alot of the threads and ive seen people implying that the gyms get worse as you progress to the other prisons.  is this definatly true?

Yes the training modifications change as you move up in prison.

In the future, you might want to msg a friend and ask some questions. The fourms have gotten hostile lately.

lol yea they have.. and that question was definitely legit.   stamina effects ur train more every prison u advance to.. thats how i interpret it

im glad this was brought up, i belive it is, the traing gets harder as u progress in the game,  i perfer not to train in putnam wen im there i get a beter pump in nj, also my stamina is 3 times my energy this helps alot,

It's a shame training gets harder as you move prisons, but saying that where would the fun be if things got easier. It just makes you want to play more and work harder for things, Mufasa has cleverly made this game .
