And if they request to get it changed then tuff, because they should of had enough common sense to put their correct birthday in. And if they didn't.... then they clearly don't deserve a present lol

well said. People have to be respected for at least 12 months to start getting a birtday gift. 2nd if they choose to change there birthday you can implement a small fee of 10 favors and there callender count restarts. In other words they have to be respected for another 12 months before they can start receiving birthday presents. 

What about that?

well i can play the game without spending real money. should i be "deprived of a b-day cake" just because i'd rather buy real food with my real money instead of 12 months of game respect?

well no but the b-day can be a type of gift for respected prisoners.

Maybe there can have a birtday card and 20$ for the normal players

and a 

birthday cake with a  b-day card for the respected prisoners

(card being an event.....)
