Itcould be to your location, the way your setting are that updates your tweets, or it could be your phone setting. I suggest you both check the twitter setting and the check your phone setting. Update data interval or something like that.

it's weird the last 2 or 3 tweets i got were seconds after it was posted to twitter. i'll have to dig into it
