Bootleg Joe is operating under a new system now.

Some of you may have noticed that buying more than one dvd is harder. But that's not the only change, he'll also spawn randomly with a quantity of dvd's that's weighted by prison(...New Jersey gets less by special case though).

So just because you missed Joe now, doesn't mean you missed him for good. Keep an eye on the yard, he'll surely appear again.

He is fire and forget now, and with this new model bootlegs will be spread out more, and people who play at different hours will also have a shot at him.
