word was criming today and since then my shit runnin slower porwertrain seems ok to me tho

nah i just think you notice a bigger difference when theres lag when criming, cause youre constantly pretty much on the same 1-2 pages, mostly clicking one button

while training requires more movement which make it look like things are happening faster

I take it back. To say "Power-training is what kills the game's performance." would not be entirely accurate. Let me clarify.

Power-training requires the site to repeatedly load and modify your user data. Since people tend to train by rapidly clicking, refilling, clicking, refilling, etc until they pass out from exhaustion, this puts far more stress on the server than, for instance, one extra click because you're viewing/messaging a player from the "Inmates Online" page.
