I think the items idea is better. Unless we're issued those necklaces with emergency buttons for old people or vocal implants or cell phones how do the nurses know that you need them? And maybe for items have a designated slot to be used by others on you when you're knocked out. Like pinning a bandage to your shirt.

i like the idea of paying but i don't think you should pay triple in case you are new without any money

even though i feel sarcasm from koryn maybe it could be an item you can buy for like 40 or so favors that will give you access to care in the yard

It is fucking annoying when you OD on eds in the yard and you have to wait 20 mins and by then you have to go so get stuck in the yard but hey, its part of the game.

As for people knocking you out... doesn't bother me as I am usually the one knocking out people in AZ yard so don't want them to be getting back up straight away! lol
