Very popular feature in many games - you set timer for 1-24 hours and u get exp or money per hour. If you cancel u get nothing or just a % of what u could get. During that time u cant do anything, so u can set it for for example 8 hours and go to sleep and when u back ull be closer to levelling or a bit richer.

not really if its not big cash it should be level based of course, besides while u have it on u cant do stuff
