for raiders who dont have lockpicks or pirates dvd, and therefore cannot raid as quick as others

when you begin to raid someone there can be a list of who else is raiding that person and how far along they are with the raiding. It would save a lot of people a lot of nerve when raiding those top priority cells that everybody goes after. It would have helped me out in one instance where i tried a cell twice before it got broken into, then tried it later that day and was gone after the first attempt.
