i think you should put like some kind of cap  in place i searched around and didnt c anything about it im not sure if there is one but not a cap by prison but a cap by rank so say a lvl 3 can only have a 4x4 cell and a lvl 5 can have a 5x5 so you cant have say a lvl 1 with a 6x6 cell or something let me know what you think if it has already been suggested i guess i didnt search hard enough i didnt find anything tho

By prison works best. If we raised it by every level, but arizona you'd have a huge cell.

are the cells in the new prisons gunna get bigger ?

naturally.

well  ur right it would be to big i mean keeping the caps for the prisons u have in place but adding to that by caping some ranks to so az would still be 7x8 or whatever and putnam still be 6x7 and nj would still be 6x6 but in order to get the max cell for the size of that prison you have to be higher ranks of that prison lvl 6 in nj can have 6x6 but u have to lvl 8 in putnam to get 6x7 and and like lvl 18 or something to get 7x8 thanks for checking it out mufasa
