Maybe... if you list an amenity in NJ it should stay in the isolated NJ market, but anywhere else it should carry over?

There doesn't really seem to be a purpose for the removal of amenities from the market.

This going to be a no. You know it gets removed when you move so DON'T MOVE after listing.
