how about makeing it so that you cant do the same crime 2 times in a row  like youcant pick poket then do it agane you haft to go to the gym or take pics or some thing befor you can pick poket agane?

Just curious.....why? If I am taking pictures, and not getting caught, why would I stop other than nerves?

Is the goal of your suggestion to prevent people from mugging the same player multiple times? Because players usually end up in the infirmary after a mugging (plus swift ass beating) so it's difficult to mug them again right after.

I also agree with Ice, as far as the around-the-prison crimes go. If you don't get caught, it doesn't make sense to stop.

Nor can you here. Each attempt uses up some of you nerves/stamina and as those go down so do your percentages of being successful. You can get a half dozen pickpockets in *maybe* but eventually you will get caught. 

Enjoy the pickpocket, because the difficulty level increases about 100% when you get to Putnum.  I have gotten to the point it isn't worth the reward for getting caught.
